My name is Simen Sletten, and I am a physiotherapist from Norway. My education:

• Master’s degree in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy from Bergen, Norway
• Master’s degree in Sports Physiotherapy from Curtin University, Australia
• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from University College Syddanmark, Denmark
• Bachelor’s degree in Sport Sciences from Norwegian School of Sport Sciences, Norway
• Diploma in cognitive behavioral therapy

I have worked in private practice for 9 years, and also been the physiotherapist for the men’s Norwegian Alpine Ski Team.

During the pandemic I had nothing to do, so I decided to read up on things I thought were difficult, especially when patients presented with back pain combined with leg pain. This has led me down the path of starting two websites, holding courses, being on podcasts, mainly talking about lumbar radiculopathy.

This website is created for me to better structure my thoughts and knowledge, but if others find it interesting that would make me happy
